How do I place my order?

Follow these steps

  1. Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
  2. Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  3. After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  4. From there, you can either log in to your existing Luke Clothing account as a member, or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
  5. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, add your phone number for tracking your order and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.

 

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed ?

  1. Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with details of your order, carrying your order ID and Order Date.
  2. You’ll receive another SMS and email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.

 

What is GSM in clothing?

GSM (Grams per Square Meter) in clothing refers to the weight of the fabric.

Understanding GSM helps in choosing appropriate clothing for different seasons and purposes. Here's a simplified GSM clothing chart for ease of understanding.

  1. Light weight (warm): 1-150 GSM…examples include chiffon, organza, voile, and taffeta.
  2. Medium Weight (warmer): 150-250 GSM…examples include velvet, cambric, satin etc
  3. Ideal GSM for various cotton garments:
    • Summer T-Shirts: 120-160 GSM
    • All Seasons (regular wear) T-Shirts: 160-190 GSM
    • Winter T-Shirts: 200-300 GSM

Understanding GSM allows for informed clothing choices based on the desired fabric weight and the season's requirements.

 

How long will the printed designs on my clothes last?

  1. Your choice of products from Luke Clothing includes plain garments (no prints), and garments with printed designs on them.
  2. For designs printed on your garment, kindly follow our wash care recommendations mentioned at the back of the ‘thank you cards’ carefully & the prints will last upto 40-50 washes.
    • Iron only at low to medium heat
    • Machine wash in cold water
    • Do not use bleach
    • Do not iron on print or embroidery
    • Do not WRING dry
    • Do not dry clean
    • Do not tumble dry

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

LUKE CLOTHING allows returns and exchanges for purchased items within 7 days of delivery.

  1. RETURNS MADE EASY:
  2. Please do not tear away/or, discard the price tag on the garment you’ve purchased/received basis COD from LUKE CLOTHING
  3. To maintain hygiene standards, we reserve the right to reject returns of items that appear to have been worn, washed, staining or have been soiled.
  4. Kindly note that product exchanges are subject to product & size availability.
  5. You can initiate a return request through our returns center within 7 days of delivery. Simply follow the provided link and complete the necessary steps via lc-returns.shiprocket.co/
  6. Once our support team confirms your return request, we'll start the reverse pickup process. Once the items have been collected, we will promptly process your exchange or refund accordingly.
  7. After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the refund process will begin, usually taking 5-7 business days.
  8. We can refund you either through your bank account or a gift coupon – whichever you find more convenient.
  9. Kindly note that in the event of a return of a discounted item, the refund will only cover the amount that you paid, not the current product price.
  10. If the reverse pick-up service is not available at your PIN Code, we request that you please make arrangements to ship the product back to us on your own - you have the option to receive a refund of INR 100 for return shipping costs either as a gift coupon or credited to your bank account (once the returned item passes the quality inspection).
  11. Kindly note that refunds or exchanges are not applicable for highly discounted products.

 

RETURNS: SELF SHIPPING PROCESS (when reverse pick-up service is not available at your PIN Code)

  1. Instructions for Safe Packaging and Shipping
    • Our top priority is ensuring your items arrive safely back to us/intended destination.
    • To achieve that, please pack them securely.
    • Additionally, all items must be unused and have their original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Please courier it back to the following address :
    • Luke Clothing, ZENIA Building (4th Floor), Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West, Pin – 400607, Maharashtra, INDIA
  3. Once your product arrives back to us, we'll promptly notify you via email, message or phone call.
  4. Our recommendation is 'Indian Speed Post,' as it is a government-owned entity with the most extensive & widely distributed postal network in India (IMPORTANT NOTE: we request that you do not use Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the return package will not be accepted by us if there’s any form of damage by way of torn or opened package/parcel, and/or the returned items appear to have been worn, washed, staining or have been soiled )

 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

  1. We are a small business – so please use this mode of payment ONLY if you are totally sure you want to buy this product. Ordering the product you want, and later not accepting your package and returning it will be extra cost to us – so request you to please be mindful of the financial burden it causes us. PLEASE HELP US HELP YOU !
  2. Should you wish to opt for COD, we might request for a token amount of Rs 300 as a show of genuine intent in getting the product. 
  3. Please use COD (cash on delivery) payment method only if you are certain that someone at the shipping address given by you to receive and pay for your order upon delivery. If you intend to leave the address you provided, kindly endorse your payment to another party to ensure your order is delivered successfully.
  4. Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen situations or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details we will provide at your registered email ID. 
  5. Please pay the exact amount reflected on your invoice upon delivery.
  6. To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provided accurate and complete information in the shipping details (eg. Your Full Name, full Shipping address with nearest location as identifier, exact Contact number)
  7. Three delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If your order is not delivered during these attempts, RTS will be triggered (return to seller). Accounts that have failed COD transactions will be unable to place future orders using COD as a payment method.
  8. Customers with previous failed COD transactions, and/or orders which have not been collected at your end & has been returned to us, we will be able to re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹300.
  9. All COD orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the pre-payment for the product being purchased is made online along with the additional shipping charges

 

Why can I not pay cash on delivery?

  1. Should there be a history of 2 failed COD orders, when you wish to order products subsequently, you would have to make pre-payment for your choice of products before we can ship it to you.
  2. During peak festival seasons, end of season sales, deep discount sales, should you wish to opt for COD, we might request for a token amount of Rs 500 as a show of genuine intent in getting the product. The rest of the differential amount by way of the price of the product can be paid once your ‘happiness package’ reaches you safely.

 

Why do I need to share my phone number and email to complete my order?

  1. To avoid delays or delivery failure, please ensure you provide accurate and complete information in the shipping details (eg. your Full Name, full Shipping address with nearest location as identifier, exact Contact number)
  2. Collection of personal information is solely for our internal purposes, including processing orders and providing customers with updates on their order status. The information we collect comprises of the customer's name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. Additional information may be required for specific services like new product launches, ongoing/specific promotions and opt-in newsletters.

 

Do you have any discount coupons/offers I can use?

Shipping timeline (how long does it take to dispatch my order and how long it'll take to reach me) ?

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  1. Our goal is to fulfill your orders promptly. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours on business days - our business days are Monday through Friday (SAT & SUN being half working days).
  2. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order has been shipped.
  3. In the case of any delay in processing your order, we will keep you informed on the reason for possible delay/s.

ORDER TRACKING

  1. Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number.
  2. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order. 

ORDER DELIVERY:

  1. Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen situations or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details we will provide at your registered email ID. 
  2. IMPORTANT NOTE : A 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for package delivery within India. Failure to receive an OTP may result in non-delivery of your package which would be totally beyond our control, and result in additional charges if the package returns back to us. May it be kindly noted that you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the package.

 

Are your tees available on any other marketplaces (viz. Amazon, Nykaa Fashion etc)?

What if my product is damaged - can it be returned or exchanged ?
  1. All our products get “quality checked” by the business owner themselves before it gets packed with much care & love from our side. We take pride in ensuring your ‘happiness package’ reaches you in its perfect condition.
  2. It is first placed in self adhesive resealable clear bags, and then packed in tamper proof packages, sealed with tamper proof tapes
  3. However, during taking delivery of your packet/shipment, if you observe that the tamper proof tape & package has reached you in open condition, please take a picture of your package & immediately return it back to the courier delivery person.
    • For Pre-paid orders : if your package has been accepted by someone in your absence, kindly initiate a return request through our returns center within 7 days of delivery. Simply follow the provided link and complete the necessary steps via lc-returns.shiprocket.co/
    • We will arrange for a replacement, or go back to our website & order a similar product with some other color choices.
    • Or, if the product of your choice is out of stock, we will refund you back your money.
